WHAT IS A PRINTABLE?

A printable is a digital file (PDF, JPG or PNG) file format depending on the item you are purchasing – refer to the listing description) that you purchase, download and can then print endlessly for your personal use. Your file will either be available for you to download immediately after purchase or within 10 minutes if you purchased one of our editable templates. After you purchase an editable template, you will receive an email with a link to the online editing program to edit.

For custom items that require editing from Mug & Mouse Designs, you will receive a proof  to approve within 24 hours. After your approval, we will provide the final files via email.

 HOW DO I USE YOUR PRINTABLES?

All printables are designed to be printed onto 8.5" x 11" (A4 paper size). Printables are party designs, templates and printable paper accessories to help you embellish any party. You can use printables invites, and party accessories like cupcake toppers to personalize party favors , dessert tables, party scene, table decoration and more! They give your party a handmade, DIY and custom touch without breaking the bank! Files are dispatched to you via INSTANT DOWNLOAD or EMAIL only. You simply download them, print and cut - For personal use only! 

WHAT MATERIALS DO I NEED FOR PRINTABLES?

In most cases you need no more than a pair of scissors, a printer and paper (mostly brochure paper, white card stock paper and/ or sticker paper. Please see our paper guide here. You may also need craft scissors, round or scallop paper puncher, double-sided tape, craft knife (x-acto knife) ruler, hot glue, lollipop sticks, hole puncher, string or ribbon may also be required depending on the files you purchased. 

I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL TO MY TEMPLATES! PLEASE HELP!

Please check your spam bin before contacting us. More often than not, they are there. If you still don't have your files, simply email us with a copy of your payment transaction page, and we'll forward them to you.  If you're using Gmail, please check the Promotion Tabs in your email as well.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES?

We DO NOT offer a print and ship service and only supply the digital files.These printables are intended to be printed at home. Any color inkjet printer will give very nice results and you can print as many as you’d like.

If you do not have a printer, you ca use an online printing service, or your local copy shop (Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, Officeworks, etc. IMPORTANT: If you are sending these files to a printing center/shop to print, please make sure they will print these files BEFORE you purchase. Our digital files are non-refundable.

 DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

We do not ship any items. All items in the shop are digital.You will not receive a physical item; no shipping or shipping charges will occur. If you have purchased an editable template, once you payment has cleared (usually minutes) you will receive a link to download your purchase or edit your template.

WHY DO THE PRINTED COLORS LOOK DIFFERENT THAN ON MY MONITOR?
